Important Information About Your Travel Reservation

Please read these Booking Terms carefully before placing a reservation with Al Masar Travel. By completing a booking, you agree on behalf of yourself and all members of your party to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation & Contract

A contract is formed between you and Al Masar Travel once we receive your deposit/full payment and issue an official booking confirmation invoice.
Please review your booking details, passport names, flight schedules, and dates immediately upon receipt. Any errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of confirmation.

2. Pricing & Price Guarantees

Prices are subject to availability and can change prior to receipt of deposit.
Once a booking confirmation invoice is issued, the price of your travel arrangements is guaranteed, except in cases of government tax changes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations outside our control.

3. Changes & Cancellations by You

Amendments: If you wish to change your travel arrangements after confirmation, we will do our best to assist, subject to availability and amendment fees charged by airlines, hotels, or suppliers.
Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger. Cancellation fees depend on how far in advance we receive notice:

30+ days prior to departure: Loss of deposit.
15 – 29 days prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost.
0 – 14 days prior to departure: 100% of total trip cost. (Note: Flight tickets and specific promotional packages are often 100% non-refundable).

4. Changes & Cancellations by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to make changes or cancel your booking due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure). In such events, we will offer you:

An alternative travel arrangement of comparable standard.
A full refund of all monies paid to us.

5. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers possess valid passports (minimum 6 months validity from the return date) and necessary entry visas (e.g., Umrah visas, tourist visas).
You must ensure all health vaccinations and travel clearances required by your destination country are completed prior to travel.
