1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment forms:

Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.
Bank Transfer / Direct Wire (BACS): Secure online bank transfers to our official company account.
Online Payment Links: Direct, encrypted payment links sent by our travel advisors for specific itinerary deposits or balances.

2. Payment Terms & Installments

Deposits: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit amount depends on the package, flight, and hotel requirements.
Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your departure date (or as specified in your booking confirmation).
Late Bookings: Reservations made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

Your security is our top priority:

All online credit/debit card transactions are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption technology.
We do not store sensitive credit or debit card security codes (CVVs) on our servers.
Payment processing complies with UK PCI-DSS safety standards.

4. Currency & Additional Charges

All quotes and prices are displayed and charged in British Pounds (GBP – £) unless specified otherwise.
Payments made via international credit cards or foreign bank accounts may be subject to your card issuer’s currency exchange rates and transaction fees.
